How does it work?

  1. Previous to the sale we will analyze your site and make all needed recommendations to achieve the desired reading rates.
  2. You will need to be a subscriber of our expert monitoring service Survision Guard to benefit from this guarantee.
  3. Using Survision Guard we will analyze, test and configure your Survision LPR Cameras to match the desired reading rates range and record these optimal settings which will serve as a reference for our performance guarantee.
  4. In your dashboard, all cameras with the optimal configuration will display a "certified" status that indicates it is working under the promised conditions and will perform as accorded.
  5. If our cameras don't perform as promised, you can ship back the cameras and we will return 100% of the LPR cameras cost in 10 business days after receival.
